Returns & Repairs Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Everything I make is made to order, one piece at a time. Because of this, I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please double-check your size, inseam, and any other specifications before placing your order. If you're unsure about sizing or have any questions, email me before ordering and I'll be happy to help.
I stand behind everything that leaves my shop, so if there is ever an issue with the construction of your garment, please reach out and I'll work with you to make it right.
Lifetime Repairs
I want these clothes to be worn, and I expect them to eventually show it. Denim wears down, seams can break, knees can blow out, and years of use will eventually leave their mark. I don't think that means you need to replace the garment.
I offer lifetime repairs on every Daeker pair of Jeans. If something happens to a piece I've made, send it back to me and I'll do my best to keep it going.
This can include things like:
-
Blown-out knees
-
Broken or popped seams
-
Worn-through denim
-
Pocket repairs
-
Belt loop repairs
-
Hardware issues
-
Hem repairs
-
General wear and tear
Repairs are done in my Denver workshop using the same machines and construction methods I use to make the original garment whenever possible.
You are responsible for shipping the garment to me and return shipping once the repair is finished. Before sending anything, please email me with a few photos of the damage so I can take a look and let you know what can be done.
There are obviously going to be situations where something is too far gone to repair, but I'll always try to find a solution before telling you it's done.
I'd rather see a pair of my jeans come back to the shop covered in fades, repairs, and years of wear than have you throw them away and buy another pair.
That's a big part of why I make clothing the way I do in the first place.
